Protein Pancakes with Banana

This simple recipe shows you how to make incredible Fluffy and Light BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES – Tasty and super Easy to make!
This delicious Breakfast idea is a perfect way to start your day Fresh and Healthy.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  2 eggs
  •  70g oats
  • 20g coconut flour
  • 2 scoops (40g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 (ripe) banana
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 50g blueberries and raspberries
  • and honey on the top!

HOW TO MAKE:

  • In a large bowl mix eggs, baking soda, water, protein powder, coconut flour and cinnamon. Blend ripe banana and oats separately and mix it all together.

  • Add half teaspoon of the coconut oil into the bowl, and use the rest on a heated frying pan.
  • Cook on a medium temperature. Once you see tiny bubbles appear, it’s time to flip the pancake!

    This sounds good, I’ve been meaning to try a protein pancake with collagen powder instead of a standard protein powder so thanks for the post. I’ll try it with your recipe.
