Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe, full of colors, vitamins and flavors!
Healthy eating can always be delicious and fun! Grab some fresh ingredients, be creative with colors, and mix these wonderful flavors. What I love about this salad is that it is simple, fresh and light! Also, don’t forget, this Tuna Salad is a great post workout meal and a perfect summer taste!
You can make this tuna salad with different veggie mix, and also I like to make it without mayo. My dressing choice is very simple – with olive oil, salt & lemon.

- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 100g canned tuna
- 1/2 red onion
- flax seed
Preparation time: 10 min
For 2 servings
- Place in a big bowl lettuce, arugula leafs, chopped red pepper and red onion (cut into circles).
- Make the dressing for the salad by mixing olive oil, lemon and salt. Stir it well and pour it into the bowl. Mix it with the ingredients in the bowl.
- Take tuna out of the can and place it inside the bowl.
- Add olives and sprinkle the salad with flax seed. It’s time to relax now and enjoy your salad!
